The Visionary.
My name is Kelley Bell
M. Ed. - Educator | Elder | Speaker | Author
I am a daughter of God, wife, mother of four boys, entrepreneur, Elder, Family Consultant, Certified Life Coach and Educator.
I’m so grateful to have dedicated the last 17 years serving my community as an educator. Working in the classroom, stepping into leadership roles, and mentoring fellow educators across the district have not only been fulfilling but also invaluable. I have successfully built strong partnerships with community stakeholders, including churches, businesses, and volunteers to strengthen our schools.

My Journey.
Throughout my journey, I have extensive experience working in both Title 1 schools, which support low socio-economic neighborhoods, and schools in more affluent areas. Due to budget constraints, I’ve often worn many hats on campus.
I’ve listened to students who feel overwhelmed and see suicide as their only escape, and I’ve noticed an increase in discipline issues among other students. Teachers have shared their struggles to find balance amid the pressures of their profession. Parents worry about everything from school safety to how they can help their kids succeed academically while juggling their responsibilities. Meanwhile, school administrators face significant stress, often impacting their health.
As a daughter of God, I’ve brought these concerns to Him and sought guidance on how to help those around me. One of the powerful strategies He has shown me to use is prayer. I’ve started utilizing prayer with teachers and administrators and made it a point to represent Christ on my campuses. The positive effects have been incredible. I’ve witnessed students create faith-based clubs where they lead worship and prayer experiences while also spreading the good news of Christ to their peers. It’s heartwarming to see how creating prayer groups for teachers has made a difference. Having faith-based partners in our schools has fostered a wonderful atmosphere of love and support.
I truly believe in the importance of education as a cornerstone of our communities, and I’m passionate about making a difference. But let’s be honest—we need more believers to step up and lend a hand! I invite you to join me in this movement and support schools across the nation. Together, we can make a positive impact!
